As our Business Development and Technical Support Representative , you will be responsible for growing Zéro-C’s market share by identifying and developing new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers. Your role will combine business development, technical consulting, project coordination, and customer relationship management. You will work closely with our Service, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Installation teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully and meet customer expectations.

Grow Zéro-C’s market share through existing customer relationships and new business opportunities while meeting established profitability standards, strategic objectives, and company goals.
Work closely with the Sales Director – Canada to develop profitable new opportunities and actively prospect new clients across target markets and industries.




Provide technical support to the Commercial and Industrial Service Department, as well as the Engineering and Manufacturing teams.
Support the Commercial and Industrial Service Department and the Installation Department with the follow-up and sale of selected service requests.
Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure regular follow-up based on business volume and potential opportunities.
Prepare estimates, quotations, and proposals.
Conduct site visits, evaluate customer needs, diagnose systems, and prepare technical reports recommending solutions to improve performance, reduce maintenance costs, and prevent equipment failures.
Monitor and manage project progress from quotation development through project completion, including payment follow-up, issue resolution, and tracking work progress.
Participate in project kick-off meetings and project close-out meetings for all projects sold.
Provide advice and occasional technical assistance to internal team members within your area of expertise.

Your background and your strengths
High School Diploma required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.




Any combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
Good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite.
Excellent command of spoken and written French.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation, tact, and diplomacy.
Ability to communicate both technical and non-technical information clearly and concisely to colleagues and clients.
Technical expertise in refrigeration, with the ability to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
High level of discretion, honesty, and attention to detail.
Proactive mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment where urgency is often required.
Ability to prioritize, work independently, and organize work efficiently while meeting deadlines.
