The Salvation Army is seeking an HR Service Centre Senior Associate in Canada to support inquiry management and workforce administration for Mission Partners. This role serves people leaders and acts as an escalation point for employees, using ServiceNow and remote tools to resolve HR inquiries.
You will log, track, and help resolve issues, while developing the knowledge base with QA, and mentoring junior HR Administrators. Robust confidentiality and customer service are essential.
