Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise HVAC mechanics on daily tasks
• Coordinate maintenance and installation projects
• Prepare and maintain work progress reports




• Ensure high safety standards and regulations compliance
• Manage supply inventory and equipment storage

Requirements:
• HVAC Certification with a Grade 12 diploma
• 5 years of field experience, 2 in supervision
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of cultural diversity and safety protocols
