Candidates will provide specialized care to neonates, ensuring optimal treatment through evidence-based practices. The RN will engage in inter-skilled collaboration and take a leadership role in caring for patients with complex needs, maintaining standards set by the College of Nurses of Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and meet the needs of neonates in critical care
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care

• Execute nursing protocols and documentation accurately
• Demonstrate crisis intervention and conflict resolution skills

Requirements:
• Current registration with the Ontario College of Nurses
• One year of recent experience in neonatal nursing
• Proven ability to work effectively in teams
• Basic computer literacy for patient information management
• Neonatal Resuscitation Provider certification
