Key Responsibilities:
• Create and monitor fixed asset requests in SAP
• Analyze projects for compliance and classification
• Liaise on leases and monitor payments
• Post monthly rent and asset depreciation
• Prepare for audits with detailed documentation

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Knowledge of IFRS principles and SAP use
• Strong analytical, time management, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized skilled
