About the Role
EverGlow Lighting & Lux is an Edmonton-based company specializing in premium permanent exterior lighting for residential homes.

We are looking for a confident, motivated Residential Sales Representative who enjoys meeting homeowners, building relationships, and helping customers improve the look and value of their homes.

What You'll Do

Meet with homeowners at residential properties

Generate and follow up with potential customers

Conduct on-site lighting consultations

Assess homes and determine lighting requirements

Present lighting options and project pricing

Prepare and explain estimates

Follow up with customers and close sales

Maintain customer information and sales activity

Work closely with the owner and installation team

Represent EverGlow professionally

Willing to learn our products and sales process

Comfortable using a smartphone/tablet

Previous sales experience is an asset , particularly in home improvement, roofing, windows & doors, solar, landscaping, construction, automotive, real estate, or direct sales.

We are also open to motivated candidates with strong communication skills who are willing to learn.

Requirements

Valid driver's license

Reliable transportation

Ability to travel throughout Edmonton and surrounding areas

Legally entitled to work in Canada

Compensation
Commission-based / performance-based

Commission is based on project size and sales performance. The commission structure will be explained during the interview.

Pay: $300.00-$750.00 per day

Work Location: On the road
