Become the Lead in Track Operations at Whistler Sliding Centre (WSC), tasked with ensuring safety and operational excellence at Canada’s premier sliding venue. Manage maintenance and preparation for optimal guest experiences year-round.

In this full-time position, you will supervise the Track Operations team at WSC, located on Blackcomb Mountain in Whistler, BC. Your leadership will be vital in coordinating track maintenance, athlete training activities, and public sliding opportunities, while maintaining safety protocols and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily operations and maintenance of the sliding track
• Facilitate athlete training and competition logistics




• Identify hazards and conduct safety inspections
• Carry out repairs and upkeep on track infrastructure
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance operations

Requirements:
• Experience in a supervisory capacity
• Background in trades like carpentry or welding is a plus
• Excellent leadership and organization skills
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License
• Passion for safety and customer service
