Key Responsibilities:
• Execute snow and ice removal from pathways
• Perform routine maintenance inside and outside the building
• Assist in sweeping and trimming grounds daily
• Undertake minor repairs like drywall and carpentry
• Maintain and follow preventative maintenance schedules

Requirements:
• 3-5+ years of maintenance and painting experience
• A Class 5 Power Engineer ticket is an asset
• Effective oral and written communication in English
