Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Business Analyst - TPRM/Procurement. This position offers the chance to work within a high-profile Procurement Transformation Program, providing valuable exposure, visibility, and the prospect for ongoing engagement based on performance.
Pay rate range (CAD): $61.59/hr – $73.91/hr
Responsibilities Collaborate with key stakeholders across business functions to align technology solutions with strategic goals
Gather and translate requirements from business units to development teams
Prepare cost-benefit and ROI analyses to support system implementation decisions
Apply business knowledge to resolve problems and identify improvement opportunities
Support complex business processes and multiple projects as part of a project team
Serve as a liaison between the business community and IT teams to deliver technical solutions meeting user needs
Desired Skill-Set 5-7 years of relevant experience in business analysis or related fields
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Proven experience leading stakeholder discussions and eliciting user stories
Proficiency with Confluence, Jira, and MS Office suite




Experience documenting user stories and supporting Agile ceremonies
Knowledge of QA, UAT processes, and functional testing support
Banking or insurance industry experience
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
Ability to analyze complex situations and develop innovative solutions
Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
Nice to Have Experience with third-party management lifecycle, procurement systems, sourcing, contracting, and supplier management
Additional qualifications such as an MBA or equivalent advanced degree
Prior experience working in a FI environment
