In this position, you will play a key role in being responsible for delivering comprehensive cost management across the full capital project lifecycle, including budget development and control, forecasting, change management, contract cost monitoring, and owner’s cost reporting. The Cost Controller (Contract) plays a critical role in enabling informed decision-making and financial accountability across sustaining capital project delivery. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), cost accounts, and budget frameworks aligned with the project execution strategy and governance standards across the full project lifecycle. Support AFE preparation, budget submissions, and cost baseline development for major capital projects, including fiscal year planning and long-range cost forecasting.
