Finance Manager – 3 Month Contract
Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle accounting activities, including AP, AR, reconciliations, and invoice review/approval.

Prepare financial reporting packages, dashboards, analysis, and committee-ready materials.

Process and oversee payroll, including coverage while the Finance Coordinator is away.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and the mid-year budget review process.

Review and maintain controls within Sage.

Support system and workflow improvements.

Identify opportunities to improve reporting, processes, and business continuity.

Qualifications

Financial reporting: dashboards, graphs, committee-ready packages

Hands-on payroll processing

AP/AR full-cycle accounting

Sage Intacct proficiency (preferred; fast learner on other accounting software acceptable)

Budgeting and mid-year budget review experience is a nice to have

Pay Rate
$50.00 / Hour
