About the Role Our client is seeking a highly observant and analytical Remote Hygiene Standards Auditor to remotely assess and ensure adherence to cleanliness and hygiene protocols across various client sites. This role involves reviewing submitted documentation, analyzing photographic and video evidence, and conducting virtual inspections to verify compliance with stringent standards. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our client's reputation for excellence by identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable feedback to on-site teams, supporting operations nationwide, including in Kimberley . Key Responsibilities Conduct remote audits of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards based on provided data and virtual observations.
Review photographic, video, and report submissions from on-site cleaning teams for accuracy and completeness.
Identify deviations from established hygiene protocols and provide constructive feedback and corrective action plans.




Maintain accurate and organized records of all audit findings and client communications.
Collaborate with the operations team to develop and refine auditing methodologies and training materials for remote auditing .
Requirements Experience in cleaning supervision , quality assurance, or auditing roles, with a strong understanding of hygiene standards.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills to assess complex information remotely.
Proficiency in using digital tools for documentation, communication, and virtual collaboration.
Ability to interpret and apply established cleaning and sanitation guidelines effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate findings clearly and concisely.
