Your new role

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential property portfolio.
- Manage leasing activities including tenant screening, lease execution, renewals, and occupancy management.
- Conduct market analysis and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Coordinate property marketing initiatives, online listings, and lead generation activities.
- Perform property inspections and ensure properties are maintained to a high standard.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and support positive resident relations.
- Review vendor invoices, oversee contractor performance, and monitor property expenses.
- Analyze financial reports and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Travel between properties as required.

What you'll need to succeed

- 3+ years of property management experience within residential,



commercial, or mixed-use portfolios.
- Robust knowledge of leasing, tenant relations, property operations, and vendor management.
- Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and expense management.
- Understanding of building operations, preventative maintenance, and contractor coordination.
- Experience with Yardi or similar property management software is considered a strong asset.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites.
