Position Description We are seeking an experienced QA Lead - Automation & Agile Delivery with solid hands-on test automation expertise and proven experience working within Agile, squad-based delivery environments.

The successful candidate will lead end-to-end quality engineering activities, define and drive the test automation strategy, and work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, Architects, and other delivery partners to ensure high-quality and reliable releases.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a strong combination of automation engineering, Agile delivery, quality strategy, stakeholder management, and team mentorship.
