About the job:

- Manage the end-to-end delivery of real estate projects from lease involvement, preparation, design, establishment, implementation, completion, acceptance and etc..

- Set up a project delivery team to ensure that resources are in place and released in a timely manner.





- Comply with customer requirements, manage supplier resources, control the project plan progress and project budget, and ensure that the project is delivered in a timely manner and meets quality standards.

- Control project risks and escalate major issues to the sponsor and management for help.

- Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure customer satisfaction during project delivery.

The total target annual compensation (based on 2,080 hours per year) ranges from $48,000 to $94,000 depending on education, experience, and demonstrated expertise.
