In this position, you will report to the Manager of Network Infrastructure and provide detailed support for IT equipment in various campus communication facilities. Your tasks range from monitoring network systems to troubleshooting and documenting equipment issues. You will also participate in telephony administration while engaging in proactive equipment maintenance and providing prompt service to your colleagues across campus.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in troubleshooting data center equipment issues
• Monitor network performance and electrical systems
• Install and configure IT network hardware




• Maintain asset documentation in communication facilities
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders for support

Requirements:
• Graduate from a two-year Computer Engineering diploma
• 2-3 years of relevant technician experience
• Knowledge of network protocols and technical systems
• Proven customer service and communication abilities
• Physically able to move and lift equipment safely
