University of Calgary's UService Ops is hiring a Full time Regular Service Advisor in the People & Culture area to provide front-line support for HR, Payroll, and Onboarding inquiries. The role uses PeopleSoft HCM, ServiceNow, and PureCloud to document and resolve tickets while ensuring confidentiality and adherence to privacy policies.
You will engage across channels (phone, email, chat, in-person) and may cross-train into Finance, Payroll, IT, or Research Services.
