The Processing Lead is responsible for coordinating daily operations and managing workflows. You will work directly with the Warehouse Supervisor to oversee a team of approximately 12 employees. Your leadership will be fundamental in maintaining high standards for processing and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guide team workflow and assign processing tasks
• Monitor health and safety compliance in the warehouse
• Train staff and facilitate open feedback
• Manage donation intake and ensure smooth processing
• Collaborate cross-departmentally for operational success

Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• 3-5 years of experience leading teams in related fields
• Experience in warehouse and donation processing is valuable
• Capable of lifting at least 50 lbs and standing for long periods
• Must be available for flexible hours Tuesday to Saturday
