In the role of Human Resources Specialist, you will report directly to the Chief People & Culture Officer, focusing on employee relations, recruitment, and performance management. Your expertise will ensure that The Link complies with employment standards while promoting a culture of inclusion and support for the community. Participate actively in HR projects to enhance the organization's impact.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide HR coaching to address employment standards
• Manage the complete performance management cycle




• Collaborate on developing position descriptions
• Coordinate compliance training and initiatives
• Research HR trends and prepare reports

Requirements:
• Degree in HR or related field, CPHR preferred
• 3 to 5 years of HR experience in a non-profit setting
• Knowledge of collective agreements and HR operations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of Indigenous values and traditions
