The PMO Analyst is responsible for supporting project management governance, reporting, delivery coordination, portfolio visibility, operational readiness, and project controls across the global delivery organization.
The organization is establishing and scaling a Philippines-based Dayforce and HCM delivery capability supporting international implementation and optimization projects.
Key Accountabilities Support PMO governance and project coordination activities
Maintain project portfolio visibility and reporting accuracy
Monitor delivery risks, dependencies, and escalations
Support operational reporting and management governance
Support executive reporting and delivery visibility
Maintain RAID management and governance discipline
Maintain project data quality and reporting accuracy
Support portfolio administration and PMO processes
Key Responsibilities Maintain project plans, RAID logs, and project documentation
Support governance meetings and reporting activities
Prepare project status reports and dashboards
Maintain portfolio data within PMO tools and systems
Track project actions, risks, issues, and dependencies
Support resource planning and project administration activities
Escalate risks, issues, and reporting concerns when appropriate




Support delivery leadership with operational reporting and analysis
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Delivery quality and operational effectiveness
Governance compliance and reporting accuracy
Reporting accuracy and timeliness
Data quality and governance compliance
PMO process adherence
Issue and escalation management effectiveness
Operational readiness and scalability
Required Experience Experience in HCM/ Payroll.
Experience supporting project management, PMO, governance, or delivery management activities
Experience supporting customer-facing implementation activities
Experience using project management tools such as Monday.com, Jira, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, or equivalent is preferred.
