We are seeking reliable and mechanically inclined Power Engineers to support a client’s planned turnaround activities from January through June 2027.
Requirements Solid mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skills
Previous industrial, plant, or turnaround experience preferred
Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment
Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and following procedures
Valid safety certifications and site requirements as applicable
Must have between 5-10 years of experience specifically in heavy oil, sulphur, refinery. We are targeting a specific ~5-10 years of experience range
Responsibilities Support plant turnaround, maintenance, and operational activities
Assist with equipment operation, inspections, and basic mechanical troubleshooting
Follow site safety procedures, work permits, and operational requirements
Work collaboratively with maintenance and operations teams
Must be local to Fort Saskatchewan area. Travel and accommodations are not provided
