Key Responsibilities:
• Execute onboarding and offboarding activities with care
• Guide managers in performance-related conversations and coaching




• Develop initiatives to enhance company culture and employee experiences
• Handle employee relations and maintain accurate HR documentation
• Assess and implement HR systems and processes

Requirements:
• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience necessary
• Experience in a small, scaling business
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of HR principles and practices in Canada
• Ability to handle sensitive employee information confidentially
