Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to operational performance, efficiency, and resource utilization.
Develop, validate, and implement simulation models to test process changes and predict their impact.

Design and conduct experiments (e.g., DoE) to evaluate process variables and their effects.
Create comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.




Collaborate with operational teams to gather data requirements and validate model outputs.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial engineering with a focus on data analysis and simulation.
Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, Python with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, SciPy) and simulation tools (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic).
Strong understanding of statistical modeling , experimental design, and optimization techniques.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills.
Ability to work independently and communicate technical concepts clearly in a remote setting.
