About the Role Our client is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee residential development projects in Kimberley . You will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects, from initial planning and budgeting through to completion and handover. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of residential construction processes and best practices. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, contributing to the growth and reputation of the company in the Northern Cape region.
Key Responsibilities Manage project scope, budgets, and timelines, ensuring successful project delivery.
Oversee day-to-day construction activities, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff.
Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on all project sites.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions to mitigate risks.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders,



and local authorities.
Conduct site inspections, progress meetings, and prepare regular project status reports in Kimberley .
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing residential construction projects.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes in South Africa .
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in project management software.
