As a key member of the Indigenous Ease Services team, you will work directly with numerous Indigenous communities, helping them thrive in a changing economic landscape. Your focus will be on delivering expert guidance on accounting practices, policy improvements, and providing essential training to enhance client financial understanding and operations.

Key Responsibilities:



• Collaborate with clients to enhance accounting processes • Prepare and conduct training sessions for clients • Organize documents for audit purposes and compliance • Connect with Indigenous Services Canada for requirements • Improve financial policies and provide strategic guidance

Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping • CPA or CAFM certification preferred • Solid grasp of finance-related software programs • Effective communication skills for relationship building • Experience with Indigenous communities is a plus
