Contract: 12 Months

Role: We are seeking a seasoned data management and analytics skilled to lead reporting, data governance, visualization, and self-service BI initiatives within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities
Develop accurate reports, dashboards, scorecards, and data visualizations.
Enable self-service analytics through BI tools, access, and user training.
Partner with IT to resolve source-system issues and improve data feeds.
Establish data governance frameworks, data dictionaries, and business rules.
Drive data quality, security, regulatory compliance, and change initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to support informed business decisions.
Manage projects, timelines, budgets, and service delivery standards.

Must-Have Skills
10+ years of experience within banking or financial institutions.
Strong data management, analysis, governance,



and visualization skills.
Experience with Power BI, self-service analytics, and reporting tools.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, training, and project management skills.
Knowledge of IT service management frameworks and regulatory data requirements.
