SCHEDULE: 20-25 hours per week
Days of the week (Mon/Tues/Thurs/Satx3(
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 2-4 years of experience as a dental office administrator / receptionist or combination of diploma in dental office administration and 1-2 years administrative experience
Previous experience as a Patient Care Coordinator is considered an asset
Experience with dental practice management software such as (Cleardent] is considered an asset
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
Customer service mindset
