Our well-established client in heavy civil construction is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager. You will lead the procurement strategy and planning, ensuring alignment with strict project schedules and delivery requirements. Your ability to develop strong supplier relationships and manage resources will be critical for achieving the project's objectives and identifying cost savings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for key materials
• Conduct the full procurement cycle and tender evaluations

Requirements:
