Multilingual Content Operations Team Lead - English/French/Spanish
Location: Montreal, Canada | Remote until further notice
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Montreal time
Employment: Full time, 40 hours/week
Engagement: Vendor role through Highspring supporting a Fortune 100 client
Delivery & Performance Ensure all work is delivered on time and at quality
Monitor and address distribution performance as needed
Provide workflow production coverage as needed
Training & Development Train and/or coordinate new hire training
Conduct and/or assign shadow sessions and Error Correction Assignments (ECAs) to fill knowledge gaps
Lead ad-hoc coaching and refresher trainings as needed
Workflow & Team Management Monitor and manage synopsis workflows and workload
Assign tasks and manage bandwidth
Provide regular feedback during recurring 1:1s or check‑ins
Provide technical and non-technical support
Stakeholder & Escalation Management Work closely with the Operations Manager/Assistant Ops on escalations raised by Netflix stakeholders
Develop Root Cause Analysis (RCA)



documentation to address issues identified with analysts
Answer queries and communicate tooling issues to stakeholders
Meetings & Reporting Attend team lead and management meetings (internal and external)
Gather, review, and analyze metrics and data to drive performance improvement
Assist with reports and business reviews
Process Improvement Scope out new workflows and drive process improvements, standardization, and efficiency
Hiring & Other Duties Participate in hiring new team members
Oversee and support the creation of golden datasets, including: Best-in-class, nonbranded SVOD assets pulled from the existing catalog
Examples that fail established quality standards
Partner-provided copy assets covering content types expected in aggregated deals that may not yet exist in the current catalog for a given language
'Synthetic' pass/fail examples created as needed to fill gaps in quality examples/inputs required to cove
