Zurich Canada is seeking a Senior Specialist in Claims Vendor Management to optimize vendor contracts essential for Claims operations. Reporting directly to the Head of Claims, you will act as the key point of contact between vendors and the organization, ensuring adherence to company standards. Your efforts will aim to enhance service delivery and performance metrics for all vendors involved.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee vendor sourcing and management within authority levels
• Lead contract negotiations and due diligence processes
• Develop and track service agreements for quality assurance
• Monitor vendor performance and compliance metrics
• Analyze and report on performance issues and improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree plus 6 years of vendor management experience
• High School Diploma with at least 8 years in the field
• Solid background in managing external business relationships
• Experience in the insurance or claims sector preferred
• Project leadership experience is an advantage
