As a vital team member reporting to the Health and Safety Training Supervisor, you will deliver training and improve existing materials related to surface and mill equipment. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct training for mobile operators and mill staff
• Update instructional materials and operational procedures




• Maintain accurate records of training and assessments
• Identify and fill training skill gaps
• Prepare effective training lesson plans

Requirements:
• Minimum five years of training experience
• “Train-the-Trainer” certification or equivalent
• Solid background in safety training programs
