About the Role Our client is seeking a seasoned and strategic Commercial Construction Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-value commercial construction projects in Kimberley . This senior role demands a comprehensive understanding of all phases of construction, from pre-construction services to project close-out, with a strong focus on budget adherence, quality assurance, and client satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing project teams, subcontractors, and all site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within financial parameters. The ideal candidate is a decisive leader with a proven track record in commercial construction and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects, from initial planning and budgeting through to final completion and handover.
Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and overall project delivery.
Manage project financials, including cost control, budget forecasting, change order management, and invoice processing.
Lead and coordinate project teams, including superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and external consultants.
Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards,



and building codes throughout the construction process.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth project execution.
Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor performance and address any issues that arise in Kimberley .
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction project management.
Demonstrated success in managing large-scale commercial construction projects from start to finish.
In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, bidding, negotiation, and risk management.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in construction management software and financial tracking tools.
