As a Snow Crew Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of snow removal workers, coordinating snow clearing operations, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. The supervisor will be the main point of contact for the crew and play a crucial role in maintaining client satisfaction.
Duties are but not limited to: Lead and manage a team of snow shoveling crew members during snow removal operations.
Operating MAG Snowrator to quickly and efficiently remove snow form the properties after each snowfall (training provided).
Run a sander truck for lot gravelling operations.
Maintain properties between snowfalls and ensure they are clear of ice.
Assign daily tasks and monitor the progress of snow removal activities.




Ensure all equipment and tools are in good working condition and utilized safely.
Communicate with management and clients regarding service requirements and schedules.
Monitor weather conditions and make decisions to ensure timely snow removal.
Promote a positive and cooperative team environment.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered during operations.
