As you contribute to the MLSE mission, you will execute duties including assisting with field preparation for games and events at BMO Field. You'll gain hands-on experience in turf management and supervise a team while ensuring the highest landscaping standards, making a significant impact on fan experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in field preparations for various events
• Operate tractors, mowers, and maintenance equipment
• Uphold landscaping quality standards
• Aid in turf health programs and field painting
• Lead small projects and contribute to team efforts

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in turf-related discipline
• At least 2 years of turf industry experience
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Robust communication and leadership skills
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
