Join LifeLabs as a Lab Patient Technician, where you will directly contribute to patient care through specimen collection and testing processes. This part-time position is vital to our operations.

We are looking for a Lab Patient Technician to work part-time with LifeLabs, available Mondays to Saturdays. In this role, you will greet patients, explain the testing process, and collect specimens with precision. Your interpersonal skills will be key in maintaining good client relationships and ensuring adherence to testing protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with patients and clarify the collection process
• Execute phlebotomies and manage ECG operations
• Facilitate special test collections and complete relevant documentation




• Address client inquiries and follow up on requests
• Prepare and package specimens for lab testing

Requirements:
• Graduation from a Laboratory Assistant program or equivalent
• Familiarity with phlebotomy and ECG procedures is a plus
• Solid communication skills and computer proficiency
• Respect for patient privacy and confidentiality protocols
• Ability to navigate stressful situations with empathy
