Job requirement

They must have a combination of education and experience to be preferred for this post.

Applicants must have excellent interpersonal, communication and critical thinking skills along with an extensive knowledge of fundamental principles and practices related to modern and proactive fire services to be eligible for this post.

Applicants must have a forward-thinking and transparent leader who motivates and engages others while making evidence-based decisions with clarity and diplomacy to be eligible for this post.

Candidates must have additional assets including supervisory experience in a unionized environment and measurable experience in a fire service exempt management position to be preferred for this post.
