In this role within our Independent Business Unit (IBU) – Service team, you will build and maintain relationships with small business clients. Your focus will be on offering superior customer service while handling various commercial insurance needs. The position calls for a proactive attitude and commitment to client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive insurance sales and client service
• Assist clients with ongoing needs and policy renewals
• Conduct assessments to identify client insurance requirements




• Prepare and manage policy documentation accurately
• Stay updated on underwriting guidelines and support training

Requirements:
• Robust experience in customer service or sales
• Possession of a RIBO license or willingness to obtain
• Prior P&C; insurance experience preferable
• Effective communication skills and conflict resolution
• Capability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
