- Operate an industrial single-needle Juki sewing machine to sew mainly DOWN JACKETS
- Follow work orders, patterns, measurements, production instructions, and sample requirements.
- Sew straight seams, edges, hems, labels, covers, panels, and other required components.
- Maintain consistent stitch quality, seam allowance, alignment, and overall product appearance.
- Inspect finished pieces for loose threads, defects, uneven stitching, or quality concerns.
- Adjust thread tension, change needles, replace bobbins, and re-thread machine as needed.
- Identify machine issues and report maintenance concerns to the supervisor.
- Trim excess material and threads while keeping the workstation clean and organized.
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality and accuracy.




- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.

Requirements

- At least 6 months of experience operating an industrial sewing machine is required.
- At least 6 months of experience with single-needle JUKI machines is required.
- Experience in textiles, upholstery, foam products, furniture, mattress, garment, or manufacturing production is an asset.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
