Informer le Service des ventes des indices de vente et des changements dans le march.

Veiller ce que les colis soient conformes aux modalits de service de Federal Express Canada, qu''ils soient tiquets convenablement, que tous les documents soient lisibles et fidles, et s''assurer que les clients disposent d''une rserve suffisante de matriel d''expdition de Federal Express.
