The H2R Test Lead (SAP HCM Tester) is responsible for leading end-to-end testing activities across Human-to-Retire (H2R) business processes within SAP HCM/SAP SuccessFactors transformation programs. The role will oversee test planning, test execution, defect management, stakeholder coordination, and SIT/UAT sign-offs to ensure successful delivery of SAP HCM solutions aligned with business requirements and quality standards. Key Responsibilities SIT, UAT & Regression Testing Defect Governance & Reporting Stakeholder Coordination Go-Live Readiness & Sign-off Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related discipline. 8-10 years of experience in SAP testing with a focus on SAP HCM and H2R processes. Proven experience leading large-scale SAP HCM testing engagements. Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, processes, and best practices. Experience managing SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect life-cycle management. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
