In this key role, you will be the first point of contact for individuals navigating a multi-month financial process.

Exceptional bonus program allowing some agents to add up to $20,000 to their annual salary! Hybrid work model: After 3 months of in-person training, enjoy 2 days of remote work per week.

Flexibility and premiums: Monday to Friday daytime schedule, with the option to work 1 to 2 evenings per week (until 7 PM) with a $50 premium per evening.

Comprehensive benefits: Insurance (medical, dental, disability), group RRSP, 4 personal days. 3 weeks of vacation to start.

Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact (inbound calls) to answer clients'' questions regarding their file.

Volume of approximately 50 calls per day.

Follow up on payment agreements and make adjustments as requested.

Demonstrate empathy to reassure and guide clients who may be experiencing financial stress.

Efficiently transfer urgent situations to the appropriate administrators or advisors.

Actively contribute to the company''s reputation by soliciting feedback from satisfied clients.

Take charge of managing email inquiries once the role is mastered.

Qualifications Relevant customer service experience, ideally in a call center environment.

Previous work experience in the Canadian market.





Solid listening skills, empathy, and a sincere desire to help people.

Excellent telephone communication skills.

Team spirit, open-mindedness, and a good ability to learn.

Bilingual in French and English.

English must be mastered as you will be required to communicate with clients outside of Quebec.
