Soft 9.2+ HCM applications and integration points, e.g. fluid, PUM upgrade, PS tools upgrade, including onboarding, benefits enrolment and life event management Experience leading functional teams to perform analysis, design and configuration for entire project lifecycle.

Experience leading functional tests, system integration, load, performance, user acceptance, and payroll parallel testing for the People

Soft HCM application Experience with quality assurance principles, practices, tools and structure methodology, including defect tracking and handling.

Should have a minimum of 5+ years of functional lead experience and 5+ years of experience as a QA.
