The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily field activities, directing workers and equipment, supporting production targets, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring work is completed according to project requirements.Our projects may include road construction, earthworks, drainage, utility installation, pipeline maintenance, mine support work, site development, reclamation, and civil infrastructure upgrades. We are looking for foremen who can lead by example, communicate clearly, solve problems in the field, and keep crews focused on safe, productive, and quality work.This is an excellent opportunity for experienced foremen who enjoy varied project work and are open to supporting projects in different locations throughout Western Canada.Key ResponsibilitiesField Leadership & Crew SupervisionLead and coordinate daily field activities for civil construction, mining, and pipeline maintenance projectsSupervise labourers, operators, truck drivers, subcontractors, and other field personnel as requiredProvide transparent direction to crews to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project expectationsSupport daily planning, task assignment, sequencing, and coordination of labour, equipment, and materialsMonitor crew productivity and adjust work plans as needed to support project timelinesLead by example by demonstrating professionalism, accountability, and a strong commitment to safetyMaintain a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environmentSupport road construction, earthworks, drainage, utilities, site development, reclamation, and pipeline maintenance activitiesCoordinate work around active equipment, traffic, utilities, excavation areas, slopes, and changing site conditionsReview project drawings, specifications, grade information, and field instructions as requiredWork closely with superintendents, project managers, surveyors, HSE, subcontractors, suppliers, and client representativesIdentify field issues early and help develop practical solutions to keep work movingEnsure work is completed to quality standards, project specifications, and supervisor directionSupport productive material handling, equipment utilization, and site organizationSafety & CompliancePromote and maintain a strong safety culture on siteEnsure crews follow all company, client, and project safety policies, procedures, and safe work practicesLead or participate in daily safety meetings, toolbox talks, field-level hazard assessments, inspections, and site orientationsIdentify and correct unsafe conditions, behaviours,
