The Opportunity

Houser Henry & Syron LLP is seeking a Senior Associate Lawyer to join its commercial real estate practice. This role is designed for a lawyer who wants more responsibility, meaningful client contact, and a genuine opportunity to build toward partnership in a collaborative business law firm.

You will work closely with business owners, executives, and investors, providing practical, business-focused advice. You will manage files, strengthen client relationships, mentor junior team members, and help shape the continued growth of the practice.

- Commercial and industrial leasing, including leasing strategy for privately held and growing businesses.

- Borrower-side financing and refinancing transactions.
- Portfolio transactions requiring practical, business-focused, and clearly communicated advice.

Who Will Thrive Here You are a confident, commercially minded lawyer who combines strong technical skills with sound judgment and a practical approach. You enjoy working directly with clients, independently managing files,



and translating legal complexity into plain-language advice that clients can act on.

You likely bring:

- Approximately 5+ years of post-call experience.
- Meaningful commercial real estate experience, particularly in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, refinancing, or real property components of business transactions.
- Solid drafting, negotiation, analytical, communication, and file management skills.
- A client-first mindset and an interest in becoming a trusted business advisor.
- An interest in mentoring, business development, practice growth, and future leadership.
