Here's a quick overview of the tasks and responsibilities that will fall to you:

- Analyze, document and prioritize users' business needs in order to define solutions that meet the project's objectives.
- Collaborate with architects, IT teams and stakeholders in the development, validation and implementation of solutions.
- Lead workshops, present recommendations, ensure follow-ups and act as a liaison point between users and implementation teams.
- Produce and maintain required documentation, including business processes (BPMN 2.0), functional specifications, minutes and training materials.
- Participate in quality assurance activities, testing strategy and execution, and solution deployment.

The profile sought is as follows:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration,



information technology, management or a relevant discipline.
- Have at least eight (8) years of experience in business analysis, including five (5) years in large government organizations.
- Have completed at least two mandates of more than 250 person-days in large-scale projects of more than 2,500 person-days carried out in Agile mode.
- Demonstrate significant experience in gathering and translating business needs into functional and operational requirements.
- Have participated in a mandate of more than six (6) months using Azure DevOps.
