What will you do?

- Coordinate month end and year end reporting, prepare accruals and schedules and submit monthly ad hoc financial reports.

- Assist with the analysis and review of financial results by collecting, analyzing and reporting financial and statistical data.

- Prepare monthly management reports and financial analysis for various lines of business.

- Support the team to ensure timely and accurate accounting entries and related account reconciliations.

- Support preparation of the Monthly Operating deck

- Assist in maintaining appropriate performance management drivers and metrics.

- Support ad hoc requests in a timely manner.

What do you need to succeed?

Must have

- University degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial and management reporting skills.

- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

- Solid analytical, technical and problem solving skills.

- Strong teamwork and cooperation skills.

- Attention to detail for consistent and accurate results.

- Excellent communication skills, both oral & written, with good interpersonal skills.

Nice to have
- Knowledge and understanding of banking products and processes, particularly the brokerage and investment industry

- Experience with unique financial systems such as EPM (Cognos TM1) and ADP
