Vaco/Highspring is seeking a payroll skilled to run full cycle payroll for hourly and salaried staff across Canada and the US on a semi-monthly basis. You will coordinate with HR and site operations to maintain accurate records, timesheets, and benefits, ensuring remittances and ROEs are timely. You will also prepare year-end tax filings, support audits, and stay current with provincial and federal payroll rules to keep processes compliant.
