This engagement supports the design, development, and delivery of a replacement operational reporting portal.

The successful resource(s) will re-platform existing WebFOCUS reports - including the underlying business logic, SQL, and data transformation rules - into a modern, supportable web application (Java back end / Angular front end) hosted in the ministry''s Azure environment, in accordance with Ontario Public Service (OPS) architecture, security, and accessibility standards.

Deliverables The services and deliverables to be provided by the resource(s) will include the following: Web User Interface Fully commented and functional Angular front-end code for the reporting portal Unit test code and automated UI test coverage Responsive, accessible (AODA-compliant) report views translated from existing WebFOCUS report layouts Application Programming Interfaces (API) Design and construction of REST API services exposing report and reference data Documentation for developers on effective use, integration,



and versioning of the API Backend / Data Development Java-based backend services connecting the application to underlying relational databases Migration and refactoring of existing WebFOCUS SQL and report logic into the new application Source Code Source code developed to specification, version-controlled in Azure Dev
