You will be tasked with building a proactive maintenance culture, improving asset performance, reducing downtime, and helping deliver operational excellence across the facility.

Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled maintenance technicians Drive preventative and predictive maintenance programs Improve equipment reliability,



uptime, and overall plant performance Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis efforts Manage maintenance planning, scheduling, and CMMS activities Support equipment upgrades, automation initiatives, and capital projects Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Operations to achieve business goals Ensurepliance with safety, food manufacturing, and regulatory standards What We''re Looking For: Proven maintenance leadership experience within manufacturing Solid mechanical and electrical troubleshooting knowledge Experience with preventative maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives Strong understanding of CMMS systems and maintenance planning Hands-on leadership style with excellentmunication skills Experience in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, packaging, or similar manufacturing environments is highly valued Why This Role?
