Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our energetic team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong guest service skills, a passion for food and beverage, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive prompt, friendly service while enjoying their meals.

Duties

- Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using a point-of-sale system.
- Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.




- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required.
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the team.
